Nike SB Blazer Mid Premium Shoes
Nike SB Blazer Mid Premium Shoes in Aloe Verde, University Gold and Rainforest. Inspired by the community art spaces of Barcelona, this new rework of the Nike SB Blazer Mid features a collage of materials across the uppers and mismatched decoration that gives the silhouette a brand new creative look. Stitched to a patchwork effect, suede and canvas has been selected for the uppers to achieve a durable, decorative effect whilst bold Swooshes sit on top with mismatched overlays cut from patterned leather. The same effect continues across the full-length lace up fastening with reinforced ollie patches and a suede eyestay panel that together add further strength. Underneath, the white mesh tongue sits comfortably around the top of the foot with a woven label over its top edge that presents signature Nike SB branding whilst capitalised ‘Nike’ lettering has been embroidered in university gold onto a white mesh insert on the heel. Inside of the Nike SB Blazer Mid a foam insole holds a Zoom Air unit for responsive impact protection alongside a soft fabric lining and underfoot the white rubber outsole has been fused to the uppers using a vulcanised technique for increased durability. Off-white tone panels can be seen around the front of the foot and back of heel with a textured finish for further interest and a grip-focused tread pattern completes the design.
This season Nike SB has drawn inspiration from the community art spaces found around the city of Barcelona which they have portrayed through mismatched fabric panelling, colour block decoration and a combination of textures. Bringing a vibrant new look to a key skate shoe, the Nike SB Blazer Mid, key performance features remain at the models core to ensure the best in durability, boardfeel and traction suited to wear across a variety of terrains during demanding skate sessions.
